After applying the cream to the effected area, you may want to wrap some glad wrap or clear film over the effected area for at least 15 - 20 minutes. Do this for at least 2 or 3 times per week.
  • Daily Exercise: Having an active lifestyle is very important for any individual who has cellulite on their body. By doing exercise for at least 3 times per week, this will help reduce the amount of fat under the skin.
  • Home Remedies: There are many Home Remedies For Cellulite that are effective such as using citrus oil on the skin. They have been shown to help reduce fat deposits under the skin. If you decide to get natural treatment for your cellulite, remember that it will take time to see the best results.
